Don joined SMBC Aero Engine Lease ("SAEL") in September 2022 with responsibility for Sales and Marketing across the Americas region.

Prior to joining SAEL, Don held positions with AerCap and GECAS focused on commercial aviation equipment financing and leasing.  Don started his career at GE Company including roles with GE Aviation.

Don holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Engineering from Clarkson University.
