Graeme has been with SMBC Aero Engine Lease ("SAEL") since 2014.

Graeme has worked in the aviation industry for over 41 years, which includes 15 years with Air New Zealand Engine Shop and 10 years with the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

Prior to starting with SAEL, specialist leasing experience began in 1998 with Air New Zealand and further enhanced with senior positions in Willis Lease, Macquarie, IBA, GECAS and general consulting to the industry.

Graeme currently holds an Aircraft Engineers Licence and a graduate Diploma in Engineering Management with the University of Auckland.

With his wide range experience, Graeme has provided detailed support of numerous ISTAT appraisers in the pursuit of accurate, reliable and consistent information to the industry.
