Kaz joined SMBC Aero Engine Lease (SAEL) in 2019 and mainly covers Accounting, Treasury, Contract Management, IT and Administration.

Prior to joining SAEL, Kaz began his career at Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing (SMFL) in Tokyo, and assigned to New York to work for SMFL and also SMBC Leasing and Finance in 2016. He belonged to a sales marketing team and arranged a variety of Finance and Lease structures for Japanese companies in Japan and the United States.

Kaz was born in Japan, grew up in Hong Kong and New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts (majored in International Business and Economics) from Sophia University, Tokyo.
