Terry has worked in the aviation industry for over 38 years with Air New Zealand Limited, Auckland, New Zealand.

Trained as an Aircraft Engineer, then moving into the Rolls Royce RB211-524 line as a tradesman, Lead Hand in the modules & power plant areas. Serving time in materials, planning, Marketing leader, customer support for GE LM2500 & LM5000 Aeroderivative Gas Turbines.

With his wide range of experience, Terry will provided support & leadership for the SAEL Technical Group, also ensuring lease contracts are adhered to, regulatory & financial requirements are meet.
