Neil joined the SMBC Aero Engine Lease team in 2020 with responsibility for Sales & Marketing across Europe, Middle East & Africa. He brings over 15 years of Engine OEM experience at both Rolls-Royce and IAE where he has supported airlines and lessors worldwide in roles spanning Customer Account Management, Aftermarket Services, and Fleet Contract Management.

Neil graduated as an Aeronautical Engineer with honours from the University of Surrey in 2004.
