Stephen joined SAEL in March 2026 as Chief Commercial Officer. Stephen oversees the commercial, trading, and contracting channels within SAEL.
Prior to his appointment, Stephen worked at SMBC Aviation Capital as SVP Airline Marketing for nearly 10 years covering EMEA region and several OEM relationships. The period also incorporates time at acquired entities, SKY Leasing and Goshawk. Before this he was Group Finance and Leasing Manager at ASL Aviation Group and spent 6 years at KPMG.
Stephen is a Chartered Accountant holding a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business and Law from University College Dublin.
