Tessa joined the Technical Team of SMBC Aero Engine Lease B.V. in 2026 and provides support in Asset Management.
After graduating from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences with a Bachelor in Aviation Engineering, she started her career at KLM Engine Services. Tessa has experience as Technical Data Admin for aero-engines, and was a Powerplant Engineer for 6 years providing technical support for customers as well as internal departments during engine shop visits.
